Returns Policy

Goods may not be returned without prior authorisation from Valoriani UK Ltd. Please call our customer services team on 01772 250000 to arrange your return.

Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned as new, unused and complete. Used items sold where applicable must not have any additional signs of use or damage.

Returned goods requests will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery, if they are correctly packed in the original packaging, with original instructions/manuals and have not been used. Customers are responsible for returning goods in good order, ensuring returned goods are suitably packed and obtaining the required proof of delivery and receipt.


Refunds will normally be processed within 7 working days from receipt of goods, and all refunds are at the discretion of Valoriani UK Ltd.

Note: Please note that, as set out in our Returns Policy, a returned item must be in the same condition in which it was received. This means that new items must be returned in the exact condition in which you received it from Valoriani UK (including all accessories). Refunds for returned items that are not received in this condition, may be reduced.

Returns Costs & Methods

Valoriani UK will refund the cost of sending an item back to us if it’s defective, damaged or incorrect. Items, that are not defective, damaged or incorrect, are not eligible for free returns. In most cases, we’ll provide you (via email) with a pre-paid returns label and/or arrange a courier pick up. If your return is not the result of a Valoriani UK error, and you’re using a pre-paid return label, we’ll deduct the cost of the return from your refund.

Please note we are not able to accept hand delivered returns without prior arrangement.
