Two large salmon fillets
One small leek
One cup of single cream (or yogurt, or yogurt drink)
One cup of tomato pizza sauce
One small glass of Marsala wine
One small glass of white wine
12 halves of cherry tomatoes
One tablespoon of fresh sage
Half tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste


1. Slice the leek and put in a baking dish with the olive oil. Cover the dish with foil and place in the oven for a couple of minutes, or until the leeks are gently fried and golden.
2. Place the salmon fillets in the dish, side by side, and put in the oven for 2-3 minutes, to fry with the leeks.
3. Blend together the cream, tomato pizza sauce, Marsala wine and white wine. Add salt and pepper to taste and pour over the salmon fillets. Add the cherry tomatoes, cover the dish with foil and place in the oven.
4. Cooking time is difficult to predict, but assuming an oven temperature of around 300ºC, remove the tin foil after approximately 20 minutes and check if the fish and sauce are cooked. If necessary, recover the dish, continue cooking and check regularly.
